Holding Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Education Degree of Makerere University Kampala, Paschal is an impact development professional holding over 20 years of working experience, with 13 of these serving in senior Executive leadership roles specifically focusing on livelihoods, governance, strategy, organization, culture engineering, people management, and systems development essential in spurring organization growth & development.
He has served in an array or international development organizations such as FINCA International, World Vision International, Aga Khan Foundation, to mention but a few, where he held various leadership and governance roles.
He is very passionate about impact investment, and looking at his work as a life-long learning journey across an array of disciplines key in improving organizational health and the lives of the people he serves
