  • 2
    Five thematic areas
ENCOT works across Agriculture & Food Security, ICT4 Development, Circular Economy, WASH, and Climate Change as one connected ecosystem.
  • 3
    Evidence-led growth
ENCOT continues to strengthen monitoring, digital systems, partnerships, and governance so programmes can grow with quality and accountability.

2025 Highlights

2025 in focus

From field to market, soybean farmers accessed seeds, secured loans, bulked their harvest together and paid every shilling back. With women and persons with disabilities leading the way, 2025 did not just prove the model works. It proved communities can own it.

  • Women and persons with disabilities were intentionally included in leadership and production structures.
  • Structured bulking, credit access, and market coordination strengthened farmer confidence.
  • AVCAM continued to show how communities can organise, produce, and repay together.
